Seven ranks, paid on the difference.
Leadership rewards sit on top of the referral levels and scale with the size of your active team. The mechanic is a differential, which is the detail most summaries get wrong.
The short version
- Seven ranks, Partner through Legend, each with a team-volume and a personal-deposit requirement.
- Payment is a differential: you receive the gap between your percentage and the one already paid below you.
- So a rank pays nothing on volume that a rank beneath you has already earned on.
- Rank also sets how fast the $TURBO reward vests, and holding no rank means the slowest schedule.
- Every requirement is readable from the chain: getRankInfo returns the reward, the team figure and the personal deposit for each of the seven. Vesting speed is the operator’s statement.
How the differential works
Each rank carries a percentage, from 1% at Turbo Partner to 10% at Turbo Legend. You do not receive your full percentage on all team volume. You receive the gap between your percentage and that of the highest-ranked person below you in that branch.
The logic is that the reward for a branch is not paid twice. If someone in your structure already holds a rank, they collect their share, and you collect what is left up to your own level.
The practical consequence: promoting people below you does not cost you the branch, but it does reduce the gap you earn on it. Growth has to come from new volume, not from the same volume counted again.

The rank table, read from the contract
getRankInfo takes a rank index from 0 to 6 and returns three numbers: the reward in basis points, the team requirement and the personal deposit requirement. Nothing here is taken from a marketing page.
| Rank | Index | Team | Personal deposit | Reward |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Turbo Partner | 0 | 250 | 10,000 USDT | 1% |
| Turbo Influencer | 1 | 500 | 25,000 USDT | 2% |
| Turbo Leader | 2 | 1,000 | 50,000 USDT | 3% |
| Turbo Manager | 3 | 2,500 | 100,000 USDT | 4% |
| Turbo Ambassador | 4 | 5,000 | 200,000 USDT | 6% |
| Turbo Champion | 5 | 7,500 | 500,000 USDT | 8% |
| Turbo Legend | 6 | 10,000 | 1,000,000 USDT | 10% |
What the table does not show
The numbers are real. The effort behind them is worth stating plainly.
- The requirements are team totals, not individual ones. The first rank needs 250 team members and 10,000 USDT of team deposits; Legend needs 10,000 members and a million.
- Qualification is ongoing. Ranks depend on the team staying active, so a rank reached once is not a rank held forever.
- The reward is a percentage of what other people deposit and earn. It is not yield on your own capital, and it pays nothing if the team stops depositing.
- Most participants in structures like this never pass the first rank. Plan on the basis of the deposit you make, not the rank you might reach.
